The Role
The main focus of this role is simple: pick up the phone, speak to potential customers and create new business opportunities.
You will:
- Make regular outbound cold calls to prospective B2B customers
- Identify and approach potential customers across the UK
- Speak directly with purchasing managers, business owners and key decision-makers
- Introduce Comcoplast and our product range
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
- Arrange meetings for qualified prospects
- Follow up prospects by phone and email
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts and opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers

What We’re Looking For
Cold calling experience is required for this role.
You should be:
- Experienced and confident in B2B cold calling
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Confident speaking with purchasing managers and senior decision-makers
- Able to handle objections and keep conversations moving
- Persistent, proactive and results-focused
- Comfortable generating your own leads and opportunities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- A strong communicator with a professional telephone manner

Previous experience within packaging, manufacturing, distribution or B2B supplies would be an advantage, but is not essential.
