Company Description

Auca is on a mission to transform how the motor trade sources wholesale vehicles. Our platform brings together stock from over 20 trusted auction houses & remarketing platforms, into one place — giving trade buyers the tools to search, evaluate, and buy with total confidence. From everyday stock to commercials and rare classics, we're the smarter way to fill a forecourt.

We've integrated with industry heavyweights like MotorCheck, LE Capital, NextGear Capital, and Cazana, giving our users vehicle history, finance options, and real-time market insights — all with one login. It's this combination of deep industry know-how and genuine tech innovation that's making Auca the go-to sourcing platform.

We're a fast-growing business led by a team who've spent decades at the sharp end of vehicle remarketing. That means real credibility in the market — and real relationships you'll be able to build on from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
