Be part of a fast-growing AI-native engineering business that's just landed a major strategic global AI partnership, and is building its sales function off the back of its best-ever year.

This is a newly created leadership role, owning the BDM engine that feeds new business pipeline.

It's a critical sales function in its own right and needs someone able to build, lead and coach their own team of BDRs.

This is a brilliant career opportunity:

  • £60k–£70k base salary (established BDR/BDM managers), year 1 £100k-110k+ OTE
  • North West England-based, in-office role at the heart of a fast-scaling AI-native sales function
  • Newly created leadership seat, reporting straight into the CRO
  • Real ownership building and growing a team of 6–8, with scope to expand further

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
