Business Development Trainee

We are looking for a Business Development Trainee to join our team, supporting marketing, customer acquisition, and business development campaigns for established UK clients. This is a people-focused opportunity for someone who wants to build their personal and professional skills while gaining practical experience in a commercial environment.

Where You Will Make an Impact

As a Business Development Trainee, you will work closely with campaign teams and customers, gaining an understanding of how effective marketing and business development contribute to long-term growth.

You will be involved in:

  • Supporting face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Representing established client brands professionally
  • Building and developing customer relationships
  • Supporting client growth and campaign objectives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement
  • Contributing to business development and marketing strategies
  • Developing your communication, leadership, and commercial skills
  • Supporting the growth and development of the wider team
