The Opportunity
We're recruiting for an ambitious Digital Sales Solutions Account Manager to join a growing and highly successful MSP.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business investing heavily in digital innovation, technology solutions, and future growth. You'll manage and develop a portfolio of clients, uncover upcoming IT projects, drive adoption of digital solutions, and identify opportunities to grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor.
- Identify upcoming IT projects and technology investment opportunities.
- Drive adoption of digital procurement and technology solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities within existing and target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to deliver customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
- Achieve revenue, profit, and customer engagement targets.
About You
- Direct MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is essential.
- Proven experience in Account Management, IT Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with a track record of growing customer accounts.
- Confident presenting solutions and engaging with customers at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
- Passionate about technology and digital transformation.
- A genuine people person who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
