π Business Development Manager (BDM)
π₯ Love winning new business? Thrive on opening doors and building relationships? This could be the role for you! At Sapphire, we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to find new opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts, follow up event leads, and turn conversations into customers.
π― What You'll Do
- Prospect and win new customers
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities
- Follow up leads from events and marketing campaigns
- Lead discovery meetings and build stakeholder relationships
- Manage opportunities from first conversation to signed contract
- Work closely with Marketing, Vendors, and Technical teams
- Exceed pipeline and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records
