Job Description

About the Team

Our team oversees end-to-end order management and accounts receivable processes for leading UK-based vehicle manufacturers supplied by Bosch with a wide range of automotive components.

We handle commercial workflows, operational data and recurring business routines daily. We are eager to innovate, eliminate manual friction, and adopt cutting-edge digital and AI tools to make our operations faster, smarter, and more seamless.

About the Role

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence, modern digital tools, and finding smart ways to automate repetitive workflows? Do you love taking a real-world problem and figuring out the best solution to solve it?

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and tech-savvy Business Digitalisation & AI Automation Intern to join our team.

The dynamic is simple and exciting: the team brings the business ideas, process bottlenecks, and operational goals—and you explore, prototype, and implement the automation and AI tools that bring those ideas to life. You will work hand-in-hand with colleagues across the team to translate day-to-day challenges into automated, streamlined, and scalable digital workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate & Brainstorm: Partner closely with team members to understand existing business processes, pain points, and strategic priorities.
  • Research & Recommend Solutions: Identify the best automation platforms, AI tools, or low-code/no-code solutions to address specific operational needs.
  • Design & Implement: Build, test, and deploy automated workflows, data integrations, and smart toolsets (e.g., document parsing, automated reporting, communication flows, AI assistants).
  • Clarify Modern Tech: Show the team how new tools work, provide quick walk-throughs, and gather feedback to continuously refine implementations.
  • Drive Measurable Impact: Help quantify time saved, process reliability improved, and business agility gained through your solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
