The Executive Business Director in Client Leadership at my client will lead strategic initiatives and manage client relationships specifically for a major energy company. This senior role requires a deep understanding of the client's business and industry, aiming to drive growth and optimise marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client's business objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of account managers and directors to deliver exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth.
- Ensure alignment between client needs and agency capabilities.

Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience in client leadership within a media agency.
- Proven track record of managing significant accounts and leading teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Deep knowledge of the energy sector is advantageous.
