From fashion to technology, from art to gaming, and from EV to consumer goods, TONG is deeply rooted across a diverse range of industries, connecting brands with their target audiences and building bridges between businesses, industries and consumers.

Our clients include VIVO, HEYTEA, AITO- Huawei’s electric vehicles, the China Open, Sunseeker robotic lawn mowers, and Mr. Hu Bing, Ambassador of London Fashion Week, among others. TONG is headquartered in London, with our China office based in Shanghai.

Who We Want

As a Business Director, you will work closely with the Managing Partners to drive the company’s reputation, visibility and growth within your sector. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships and converting leads into long-term client partnerships.

You may already have strong industry knowledge, an established network and the resources to identify where the right clients are and how to engage with them both in China and internationally. The ideal candidate will have already built a strong reputation within the industry, with a well-established network of senior-level contacts and a proven track record of business development. You will also work closely with our activation team to ensure that our solutions and deliverables are closely aligned with clients’ business objectives and expectations. Acting as the bridge between external clients and internal teams, you will ensure clear communication, effective collaboration and high-quality delivery throughout each project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
