About the role…
As Business Director, you'll play a key leadership role within the agency, acting as a senior strategic partner to key clients. You'll oversee complex accounts, drive commercial growth and lead senior-level conversations that shape both client and agency success. You'll balance senior client leadership, commercial growth and team development, helping to strengthen relationships, develop the team and contribute to the wider growth of the business.

What you'll be doing day to day…
- Leading senior client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic partner
- Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts
- Driving strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and revenue
- Leading and supporting new business pitches and opportunities
- Inspiring, mentoring and developing the Client Services team
- Working closely with creative, strategy and delivery teams
- Contributing to wider agency strategy and business objectives
About you…
You're an experienced Business Director, Group Account Director or Senior Account Director ready to take on a broader leadership role. You'll be confident building senior client relationships, influencing strategically and leading teams, with a strong understanding of the commercial side of agency life.

What we're looking for…
- Strong senior-level agency experience
- Proven track record of managing and growing complex client relationships
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of account growth
- Experience supporting or leading new business opportunities
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering brilliant client service
