Lead the Growth of Managed Marketing Services Across the UK & Ireland

The Marketing Room is changing the way organisations access marketing capability. As a global Managed Marketing Services Provider (MMSP), we help larger private and enterprise organisations solve one of their biggest business challenges: accessing experienced marketing capability without increasing permanent headcount.

Our MMSP solution provides organisations with embedded experienced marketing professionals who work inside their business on a flexible, fixed-fee basis. Whether supporting business growth, strengthening internal marketing teams, delivering strategic projects or providing additional capacity during periods of change, our people become a seamless extension of our clients' teams.

As demand for our solution continues to grow across the UK & Ireland, we're looking for exceptional Business Directors to join our leadership team and lead that growth.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and leading high-performing teams. As a Business Director, you'll be responsible for growing your region by developing strategic partnerships, securing new clients and leading a team of experienced marketing professionals delivering our MMSP solution.

This is a 100% performance-based leadership opportunity with the potential to earn £75,000–£150,000+ per annum, while enjoying genuine flexibility and autonomy. Working approximately 30 hours per week, you'll manage your own schedule across a combination of working from home, client meetings, networking events and team leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
