Meta Business Education Team (Blueprint)

Meta Business Education team (Blueprint) envisions to empower growth through digital education, and our goal is to bring the latest Meta marketing innovations - from products and services to best practices - to our customers and partners around the world. We work with teams across the Meta organization as well as agencies, marketing partners, and businesses of all sizes to build effective training and education solutions. Our team is a small group dedicated to delivering high-quality learning experiences for partners to leverage Meta's full range of products and its family of apps, technologies, and services. Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver education strategies in alignment to Regional and Global Educational Priorities
  • Deliver virtual (online) and in-person training on a regular basis to diverse audiences, from beginners to professional levels - with a focus on Branding & Performance, Marketing solutions, as well as Marketing Science
  • Build and maintain a strong partnership with cross-functional teams, acting as the key point of contact for Business Education (Blueprint team) offerings for the UK and other European markets
  • Seamlessly ensure that our portfolio of classes/offerings is integrated to other team’s plans with a focus on business results and program goal achievement
  • Working closely with the immediate and global team on common/ worked responsibilities (i.e., attendance organization, educational programs communication, data management, etc.)
  • Maintain an excellent base of Meta Solutions knowledge and act as a best-in-class training resource for the team
  • Continuously work to ensure that all training materials are consistent, up to date and in line with larger training goals and initiatives within the global Blueprint team
  • Support different audiences on their Meta Certification journey
  • Understand the audience's needs and priorities in a managed market to build the educational strategy and identify opportunities
  • Support cross-functional partners on special events that require training and education initiatives that align with the goals of the global Blueprint team
  • Synthesize and communicate market needs and feedback to the Business Education (Blueprint) team
  • Lead communications relating to Business Education offerings in partnership with regional teams
  • Keep the global team informed about the regional key activities and results
  • Travel across EMEA as needed, estimated at approximately 30% of working time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in English, required for delivering training content and communicating with English-speaking stakeholders across EMEA
  • 8+ years of relevant & demonstrable experience in teaching/ delivering training and/or public speaking, specifically related to educative digital marketing content
  • Demonstrable expertise in Meta’s portfolio of advertising tools and solutions
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to work autonomously and lead on projects or programs with a collaborative approach
  • Proven success history of communicating with and influencing executive-level stakeholders
  • Proven experience within and knowledge of the broader advertising landscape, specifically digital marketing and the internal workings of media/creative agencies
  • Knowledge of Ad-tech, specifically measurement and analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience working across EMEA markets with an understanding of regional business contexts, audience diversity, and localization considerations
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Track record of influencing learning strategy at the team or organizational level through data-driven recommendations and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience developing training programs specifically related to digital advertising platforms, media buying, or performance marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and AI-assisted content development workflows
  • Additional EMEA language for training delivery, to support localized training programs across non-English-speaking EMEA markets
