Meta Business Education Training Partner

Meta is seeking an experienced Business Education Training Partner to design, manage, and deliver learning programs that build capability across Meta's business and advertising teams in the EMEA region. In this role, you will partner with sales, marketing, and client solutions stakeholders to identify skill gaps, develop targeted training curricula, and drive measurable learning outcomes that directly support Meta's advertising business growth. You will translate complex advertising platform knowledge, go-to-market strategies, and product updates into scalable education experiences for internal business teams and external partners across diverse EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage end-to-end learning programs that build advertiser-facing and sales team capability on Meta's advertising products, tools, and go-to-market strategies across EMEA
  • Conduct needs assessments in partnership with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning investments aligned to business goals
  • Develop instructional content including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and workshop curricula tailored to EMEA business education audiences
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for business teams covering Meta advertising solutions, client engagement strategies, and product updates
  • Leverage AI-integrated authoring and content development workflows to accelerate curriculum production and improve learning experience quality
  • Define and track program success metrics, using data to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement of training content and delivery
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales enablement, and operations teams to ensure training content reflects current advertising platform capabilities and regional market nuances
  • Openly share program progress, priorities, and outcomes with key stakeholders and incorporate their input into program planning and iteration cycles
  • Adapt existing learning frameworks and instructional approaches to address new business challenges, product launches, or go-to-market shifts in the EMEA region
  • Identify and implement risk mitigation measures when business changes affect training timelines, content accuracy, or learner readiness

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
