We’re hiring – Business Energy Sales Consultant | Cornwall
£25,000+ basic salary | OTE £60,000+ | Uncapped commission
WeSave is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced B2B salesperson to join us in Cornwall.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing independent business energy consultancy and become an important part of our sales team as we continue to expand across Cornwall and the rest of the UK.
You don’t need previous energy industry experience – we can teach you that.
What we are looking for is someone who already knows how to sell professionally and compliantly, while building trust and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
You’ll need a minimum of 12 months' B2B sales experience, confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and the motivation to build your own pipeline and turn opportunities into long-term clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
