As a Business Analysis & Consulting - Business Graduate, you’ll help clients understand complex challenges and turn their needs into practical solutions. Whether you’re gathering requirements, analysing processes, consulting with stakeholders or supporting business change, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects across some of the UK’s most exciting industries.
You’ll be trusted with responsibility from day one, collaborating with colleagues and clients to explore problems, identify opportunities and shape solutions that deliver lasting value. At CGI, your perspective is welcomed and your ideas will help solve real-world problems.
Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you’ll use analysis, collaboration and consulting skills to help clients understand complex challenges and develop practical solutions. You’ll connect business needs with technology, helping organisations improve services and deliver meaningful change.
You will:
- Understand business needs: Work with clients and stakeholders to explore challenges, gather requirements and define successful outcomes.
- Analyse and improve: Examine processes, information and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Shape practical solutions: Turn business needs and insight into clear recommendations that deliver value for clients and users.
- Support business change: Help teams introduce new processes, services and technologies while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Innovate alongside other graduates: Take part in early careers initiatives that go beyond your day-to-day role.
Every contribution you make will help deliver outcomes with lasting impact.
Locations
Opportunities are available in Birmingham, Bridgend, Bristol, Cardiff, Gloucester, Leeds, Leicester, London and Nottingham.

As CGI is a consultancy, you may be required to work in different locations, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are key.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
We’re seeking ambitious graduates who are curious, analytical and interested in understanding how organisations work. Whatever your degree subject, if you’re ready to learn, ask thoughtful questions and collaborate with clients and colleagues to solve complex problems, we want to hear from you.
You should have:
- A minimum 2:2 degree (some roles may require a 2:1).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and organise complex information.
- Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with different stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions, explore challenges and consider different perspectives.
- The ability to work collaboratively and turn ideas or information into practical recommendations.
- An interest in technology, consulting, business change and improving services.
- Flexibility to travel and work on projects across the UK.
- Eligibility for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with many roles requiring higher National Security Vetting. This typically requires 5–10 years of continuous UK residency.
