daa's Business Pathways Graduate Programme is a two-year journey for ambitious graduates ready to shape Ireland's connectivity and help connect people, businesses, and communities across the world.
daa is a global airport and travel retail group with operations across 13 countries. We oversee Dublin and Cork airports in Ireland, operate Jeddah and Red Sea International airports in Saudi Arabia, and operate in retail locations spanning North America, Europe, Canada, Portugal. Our vision is to be leaders in the airport industry, delivering excellence while building a sustainable future. Our purpose is simple yet powerful: to enable business and connect lives across the world.
Graduates will join the Early Careers Community, a network of interns, apprentices, and second-year graduates, offering opportunities to learn, collaborate, and build professional connections across the business.
As part of the programme you’ll complete two rotations across key business areas, you'll gain hands-on experience, contribute to high-impact projects, and build the skills, networks, and commercial understanding needed to accelerate your career.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Hold, or be expecting, a 2.1 degree or higher in any discipline.
