Position Description

At CGI, we empower the next generation of innovators to shape the future of technology and security. As part of #GenerationCGI, you’ll join a community of graduates who are turning ambition into action and possibility into progress.

As a Project Delivery - Business Graduate, you’ll help turn plans into successful outcomes. Whether you’re coordinating project activity, managing risks and dependencies, supporting project governance or helping deliver essential services, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects across some of the UK’s most exciting industries.

You’ll be trusted with responsibility from day one, working with colleagues and clients to bring structure, momentum and clear communication to complex projects. Your ideas and contributions will help teams overcome challenges and deliver solutions that make a real difference.

Your future duties and responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help plan, coordinate and deliver projects and services that support organisations across a range of industries. You’ll bring structure to complex work, connect colleagues and clients, and help teams deliver successful outcomes.

You will:

  • Support project delivery: Help develop plans, coordinate activities and monitor progress against agreed milestones.
  • Manage risks and governance: Support project reporting, identify risks and dependencies, and help maintain effective governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with colleagues, clients and delivery partners to maintain clear communication and keep projects moving forward.
  • Improve how we deliver: Use insight and feedback to identify improvements and help teams deliver effective, reliable services.
  • Innovate alongside other graduates: Take part in early careers initiatives that go beyond your day-to-day role.

Every contribution you make will help deliver outcomes with lasting impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
