The Role – Business Graduate / Trainee
As a Business Graduate / Trainee at CGI, you’ll step into a role where creativity and ownership are at the core. Your future duties and responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Empowerment through Innovation: From the very start, you’ll play a key role in project delivery, helping shape the future of businesses across a range of industries.
- Collaborate and Create: Apply your insights to consult on and develop solutions that drive real value for clients, all while collaborating with CGI Partners to overcome complex challenges.
- Learn and Develop: As a CGI Early Careers Partner you will benefit from additional business, technical and soft skills training, helping you accelerate in your career from day one.
Working for one of our client-facing business areas, you will begin your role within Project Management, User Research, Bid and Proposal Management or Business Analysis. Your work will create tangible value as you build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, both in your local community and through access to CGI’s global network.

The successful Business Graduates / Trainees will be joining our North & Australia business unit working with our Energy, Utilities and Telecoms sectors.
Locations:
Location is flexible across our UK base offices, including our Manchester and Liverpool offices.
As CGI is a consultancy, you may be required to work in different locations, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are key.
