Business Growth Administrator

Liverpool (L36) | Full-time | Permanent |

Chalice Supplements is scaling fast — come build the engine room with us.

Chalice Supplements manufactures for some of the UK’s leading health and wellness brands, out of a state-of-the-art facility in Liverpool. We’re growing quickly, and growth like that doesn’t run on good intentions — it runs on someone who keeps the numbers straight, the records airtight, and the wheels turning while everyone else is heads-down on production.

That’s not a support role. That’s a growth role. And it’s yours.

What Growth Looks Like Day to Day

  • Owning purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation — the financial backbone that lets us scale without the wheels coming off
  • Keeping our data and records accurate across internal systems, so decisions are made on facts, not guesswork
  • Being the voice of Chalice for customers and suppliers — phone, email, live chat — turning enquiries into relationships
  • Driving traceability and compliance documentation that keeps us audit-ready at all times, no scrambling
  • Managing correspondence, filing, and office admin with a system, not just a pile
  • Making sure every administrative process complies with policy — because as we scale, the details matter more, not less
  • Supporting the internal and external communication that keeps a growing team aligned

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
