Company Description
Hostlab is a digital concierge platform tailored for short-term rental (Airbnb) hosts. It streamlines guest queries by instantly addressing inquiries, showcasing amenities, offering local recommendations, and promoting upsells, all through an intuitive, web-based app. Guests enjoy a seamless, hotel-like experience without the need to sign up or download apps, simplifying management and enhancing satisfaction.
What you will do
- Identify and outreach to short-term rental operators and property management companies in UK via LinkedIn and your own network/Social Media
- Represent Hostlab as the face of the company in the UK — attending relevant events, building relationships, and creating awareness
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed client — discovery, demo, negotiation, close
- Manage your own pipeline and keep us updated on progress, opportunities, and market feedback
- Be the primary point of contact for your clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover

What we are looking for
- Based in UK (remote)
- Experience in real estate, property management, or the short-term rental industry strongly preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales is a advantage
- Fluent in English — written and spoken to a professional standard (mandatory)
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently without a base salary or hand-holding
- Strong LinkedIn presence and comfort reaching out cold to prospective clients
- Commercially sharp — understands value proposition quickly and can articulate it clearly

Compensation
No base salary (commission only). This role is purely performance-based.
- For every client you close, you can earn up to 50% of their monthly Hostlab subscription revenue for 12 months. As your client portfolio grows, your monthly commission compounds over time.
Compensation Example:
- If you onboard a client on a £500/month package, you would earn £250 per month for the next 12 months.
- Typical monthly commission per client ranges from £100 to £500, though there is no upper limit depending on the size and value of the accounts you bring in. Within 6 months you can be earning anything from £2000-8000/ month depending on performance.
