We’re currently looking for ambitious individuals to join our Management Partner Programme in Angel, London.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who want more than a standard 9–5. You’ll begin by developing your skills in face-to-face sales and customer acquisition, before progressing into leadership, team development and management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Represent established national brands through face-to-face engagement
- Develop your sales, communication and business development skills
- Work towards individual and team targets
- Take part in structured training and leadership development
- Learn how to coach, motivate and develop others
- Progress towards a management position based on performance and development
