What You’ll Do

As a Business Growth Management Trainee, you’ll develop your skills across sales, customer acquisition and business growth while working directly with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing established national clients through face-to-face customer engagement
  • Delivering tailored sales presentations and acquiring new customers
  • Working towards daily and weekly performance targets
  • Participating in regular team meetings, training and coaching sessions
  • Applying feedback to continuously improve your performance
  • Developing your understanding of customer acquisition and business growth
  • Learning how to support, train, and develop a team
  • Taking on increased responsibility as your skills and performance develop
