NZC Solutions Ltd is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we're looking for an experienced professional to join our leadership team.
This isn't a traditional sales role.
It's a strategic, relationship-focused position for someone who understands or is eager to learn about the construction industry, knowledge and/or awareness of Sustainability and enjoys helping organisations adopt innovative technology that supports their sustainability journey.
Role Overview
As our Business Growth Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, building trusted relationships, guiding new clients through onboarding, and ensuring they continue to gain value from our platform.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Team, you will help shape the commercial growth of the business while becoming a trusted advisor to clients across our Customer base.
Your responsibilities will include:
Business Growth
- Build and nurture relationships across contractors, developers, consultants and supply chain organisations.
- Expand your industry network to generate high-quality opportunities.
- Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads through the sales journey.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships that support sustainable business growth.
- Help shape and implement NZC Solutions' commercial and go-to-market strategy.
Client Engagement & Onboarding
- Deliver engaging software demonstrations both remotely via Microsoft Teams and face-to-face.
- Understand each client's challenges and position the platform as a solution to their business needs.
- Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure successful adoption and continued engagement.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support long-term retention.

Leadership & Business Support
- Work alongside the Management Team to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Assist with workload planning, resource management and business priorities.
- Monitor team utilisation and project budgets where required.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, internal processes and commercial performance.
About You
You'll be an experienced professional who enjoys building relationships, learning new things, and influencing positive change.
Essential Experience
- Knowledge of the UK construction industry.
- Experience operating at senior management or leadership level.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of buyer and decision-making processes.
- A strong ability to build networks, partnerships and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience conducting presentations, workshops or software demonstrations.
- Comfortable using digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently within a collaborative team.

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG or Net Zero within construction.
- Experience working within a SaaS or technology business.
- Understanding of customer success or client onboarding.
- Experience contributing to business and commercial growth.

In this role, you'll:
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Deliver high-quality demonstrations that convert into long-term customers.
- Ensure every client has a positive onboarding experience.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with customers.
- Support the Team in delivering the company's growth strategy.
- Become a recognised ambassador for NZC Solutions within the construction industry.
