The Role

This is a senior, hands-on role focused on generating private enquiries, building referral partnerships and converting opportunities into sustainable care packages. Working closely with the Director and leadership team, you will take ownership of the private client growth pipeline, from first contact through to conversion and ongoing relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new private enquiries through networking, partnerships, community engagement and targeted marketing activity.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals, charities, community groups, retirement developments and other local influencers.
  • Convert enquiries into assessments and long-term care packages in partnership with the care team.
  • Improve enquiry-to-assessment and assessment-to-client conversion rates.
  • Identify new market opportunities, local trends and potential partnerships.
  • Represent Right at Home at networking events, presentations and community activities.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular reporting on performance and opportunities.
  • Use data and KPIs to drive growth and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure business growth is supported by recruitment capacity and excellent client experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
