The role & impact

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will drive measurable platform adoption by guiding small businesses to unlock the full potential of our ecosystem. By connecting customers with advanced plan capabilities and tailored add-ons, you will help them streamline operations while directly influencing subscription growth and long-term customer value.

Your daily work centers on consultative engagement, diagnosing specific customer challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business maturity. From designing sales playbooks to positioning key products like Payroll and Payment solutions, you will empower small business owners to scale successfully.

The team & how they connect

You will join a high-performing Customer Success team focused on proactive account growth and multi-product adoption. The team collaborates closely with marketing, product, and small business onboarding groups to shape the revenue roadmap and refine sales motions. Together, they combine data-driven insights and consultative expertise to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Initially, the role may focus on:

  • Partnering with high-potential small businesses using Salesforce to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Executing targeted growth campaigns alongside predictive analytics tools to highlight key product natural upgrade points.
  • Testing and refining revenue playbooks, discovery methodologies, and value-based selling techniques.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and influence future product expansion.

  • A background in customer success, account management, or consultative sales with a focus on product adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to discover customer pain points and position ecosystem solutions like payments or payroll.
  • Familiarity with sales tracking platforms like Salesforce alongside modern data dashboards.
  • Strong capability to mentor peers and lead structured discovery conversations.
  • Skilled at using analytical thinking and data insights to solve complex operational challenges.
  • Adaptability to manage customer portfolios independently while delivering on campaign objectives.
