We're looking for a proactive and organised Business Improvement Coordinator to join our Operational Improvement and Quality team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of digital systems across a portfolio of construction, fit out and refurbishment projects throughout the UK.

You'll work closely with project teams, operational leaders and support functions to ensure digital platforms are effectively implemented, maintained and continually improved. Your work will help drive consistency, efficiency, quality and better project outcomes across the business.

The Role

As a Business Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and administering a range of digital construction and project management systems, including document management, collaboration and workforce management platforms. You will act as the first point of contact for users, providing system support, training and guidance to ensure teams can maximise the value of these tools.

You'll also support business improvement initiatives, assist with reporting and data management, and contribute to the rollout of new digital processes and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Systems Administration

  • Set up and manage project sites, work packages and templates across various digital platforms.
  • Configure user permissions and maintain access controls.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of project and business digital environments.
  • Maintain company catalogues, templates, user libraries and associated project information.
  • Assist project teams with document uploads, record management and document control activities.

Training & User Support

  • Deliver training sessions to project teams, both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Produce and maintain training materials, user guides and system documentation.
  • Act as the first-line support contact for system users.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate technical support with internal IT teams and external providers where required.
  • Promote best practice and drive consistent use of digital tools across projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
