Role Description
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing people together, improving the way things work and helping projects succeed. Working with teams across Promotions, Ticketing, Finance and Venues, you’ll coordinate Live Nation business projects from planning through to implementation, helping colleagues adopt new ways of working and ensuring projects deliver lasting value. This role could suit an internal candidate very well – if you work for Live Nation Entertainment and are open to something new, you’re encouraged to read on. You will be part of Live Nation UK & I’s Business Intelligence team. The BI team’s mission is to help the business better understand itself. This role would suit someone highly organised, efficient and who is great at building relationships across the live entertainment business.
This role focuses on coordinating projects, improving business processes and delivering successful onboarding. The BI team own two Salesforce based business systems, Halo and Rome, which support key business processes across Live Nation. This role will help introduce new functionality, design and deliver new processes and support users to adapt to new ways of working.

What The Role Includes
- Spend time with different teams to understand how they work and identify opportunities to improve the way the business operates
- Help teams prepare for and adopt new ways of working, making change as smooth and successful as possible
- Build strong working relationships with teams across Promotions, Ticketing, Finance, Venues and other areas of the Live Nation
- Keep projects organised by coordinating activities, tracking progress and helping teams stay on schedule
- Create clear guidance, training materials and communications to support new projects
- Support the testing and launch of new features, ensuring they meet the needs of the business
- Support the continued development and use of Halo and Rome across the business
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to deliver projects that make a real difference across Live Nation
