Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Entrepreneurship & Business Development Associate to support new business initiatives, market research, growth projects, and entrepreneurial programmes.
The role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in entrepreneurship, business management, startups, business development, innovation, sales, or consulting who are interested in helping identify and develop new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research new business ideas, markets, industries, and emerging trends.
- Identify potential business opportunities and growth areas.
- Support the development of new business concepts and initiatives.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Assist with business plans, proposals, presentations, and commercial reports.
- Support customer and market validation activities.
- Help develop strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track business development activities, opportunities, and performance.
- Contribute ideas for improving products, services, and business processes.
- Assist with entrepreneurial projects from concept through implementation.

Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Entrepreneurship, Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, startups, consulting, sales, or a related area.
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to research and evaluate business opportunities.
- Good understanding of basic business and financial concepts.
- Strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
