Fantastic opportunity to join Trafford and Stockport College Group x 2 Business Innovation Events and Activities Coordinators

Salary £30,000

Hours: 36.25

Location: Stockport/Stretford

Employment type: Fixed Term until March 2025

Based at Trafford and Stockport College Group, you will be pivotal in the success of the GM Innovation Programme. Are you ready to pioneer innovation and promote business transformation in Greater Manchester? As a Business Innovation Events and Activities Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the work of the Business Innovation Advisor (project lead for the FE Innovation Fund project), particularly in the engagement of local businesses and delivery of innovation activities, together with the co-ordination of the Innovation Centre at Trafford and Stockport College.

This role is pivotal in planning, coordinating, and executing business innovation events while also fostering the growth of the GM Colleges innovation community. The role will require event management, excellent communication with a wide range of stakeholders, and a strong ability to build and nurture relationships within the business community. This role is part of an exciting new project within FE and will require flexibility and adaption as the project progresses.

Working with TSCG you will be working with a fantastic team across the College and you will engage with all types of employers small and large in that borough to understand their goals challenges and aspirations.
