About your role
The purpose of this position is to support the delivery of high-quality business, market and performance insights across GB&I to enable effective decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and easy-to-use monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc business performance reporting across GB&I.
- Maintain and enhance core dashboards and tracking systems for sales, category, and business KPIs ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Provide structured analysis to support Sales, ComEx, and wider business needs, translating complex data into clear insights.
- Manage multiple data requests effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics to develop and maintain reporting tools, improve automation, and ensure data quality.
- Support Business Insights Managers and Lead by contributing robust data analysis and insight generation.
- Continuously build commercial and market understanding to enhance analytical outputs and stakeholder value.
- Balancing regular reporting deadlines with unpredictable ad-hoc analysis requests from multiple stakeholders.
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple complex data sources and systems.
- Delivering insights that are actionable and easily understood by diverse business audiences, avoiding overly technical outputs.
- Managing competing priorities across Sales, ComEx, and other business functions while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and satisfaction in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

What You need to be successful
Essential
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large and complex data sets
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting
- Experience in insights, analytics, or commercial roles within data-rich environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to ad-hoc business needs
- Proactive, curious mindset with a desire to build commercial understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable
- Experience using FMCG data sources such as panel, retailer, or consumer data
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools
- Knowledge of market and commercial drivers within the beverage industry
