Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For

Insurance experience is preferred, but it isn't essential.

What is essential is a proven background in high-volume telephone sales.

We're interested in successful salespeople from insurance, financial services, recruitment, B2B sales, telecoms, automotive, property, or other fast-paced sales environments.

You'll need:

  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience handling a high volume of telephone conversations
  • Confidence building rapport quickly
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • The ability to manage and follow up a busy pipeline
  • Resilience, pace, and commercial drive
  • A genuine desire to develop within insurance

Full product and insurance training will be provided.

Why Join?

We've worked with this business for a long time and have already placed a number of people into the team.

The feedback has been consistently strong — good people, a great working environment, genuine progression, and a business that rewards performance.

They've grown rapidly without losing the energy and culture that has made them successful, and there is a clear route for ambitious salespeople to develop into specialist advisors and progress further within the business.
