A leading US law firm is looking for a Business Intake Coordinator to join its Risk & Compliance function in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a key role in supporting the firm’s new business and matter intake processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers, Business Intake, Conflicts, AML and other Risk & Compliance teams to ensure new business requests are reviewed, coordinated and progressed efficiently, while adhering to the firm's internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with lawyers, Business Intake, Conflicts, AML, and other Risk & Compliance teams
- Ensure new business requests are reviewed, coordinated, and progressed efficiently
- Adhere to the firm's internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in business intake, conflicts, AML, client onboarding, or risk and compliance, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with Intapp Intake or similar systems would be advantageous
- Exposure to legal conflicts, AML/KYC, sanctions, or client due diligence
