Business Integration Specialist – Business Performance & Improvement
Rate: £240 - £270 per day PAYE
Location: Stratford, Southwark and other London locations
Working Pattern: Hybrid (50% office/site, 50% remote)
A Business Integration Specialist is required by a leading transport organisation, based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving business performance, workforce capability and continuous improvement across a matrix engineering environment.
The Business Integration Specialist will provide data-driven insight and recommendations to support the integration of business practices, improve operational performance and ensure effective governance across the organisation. Working with senior stakeholders, the Business Integration Specialist will help develop performance frameworks, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance measures and KPI reporting
- Analyse business and workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Produce insightful reports and recommendations to support decision-making
- Support workforce planning and capability development initiatives
- Undertake scenario modelling to assess future resource requirements, skills gaps and supply chain dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement through the identification and sharing of best practice
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, operations and corporate functions

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Experience implementing governance frameworks, performance management tools and KPI reporting within a complex or matrix organisation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insight
- Experience supporting business performance improvement and governance activities
- Proven ability to develop reports, dashboards and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of workforce planning and capability development methodologies
- Experience of scenario modelling, including resource planning, skills shortages and supply chain impacts
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
