The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to play a key role in how we use data to understand, manage and optimise our resourcing function.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of data, technology, BI and business change. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including Operations Directors and Partners, translating complex data and business requirements into clear, actionable insight.
The role will also support a wider project and change programme, with a particular focus on the resourcing workstream.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of developing and enhancing the organisation’s business intelligence capability around resourcing, bringing together data from multiple systems and representing it in a way that gives senior stakeholders a clear view of people, capacity and scheduling.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and enhancing dashboards and BI solutions, including an existing Azure-based dashboard.
- Integrating data from multiple systems and APIs, ensuring information can be brought together effectively.
- Working with data warehouses and data models to create reliable, scalable reporting solutions.
- Using Power BI to turn complex data into intuitive, decision-ready dashboards and visualisations.
- Working with data from systems including a new resourcing system, HR systems, Dynamics, Pro-Finder and HiBob.
- Understanding how different data sources connect and determining the best way to represent and surface that information.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and BI solutions.
- Supporting a wider business change programme, particularly the resourcing workstream and associated change activity.
- Helping to shape how the organisation uses data and technology to improve resource planning and decision-making.
- Exploring and adopting modern tools and approaches, including AI-enabled development tools such as Claude Code, where appropriate.

About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical BI and data skills with the confidence and seniority to operate directly with stakeholders.

You’ll ideally have experience across:
- Business Intelligence and dashboard development.
- Power BI.
- Azure and cloud-based data environments.
- API integration and working with data from multiple sources.
- Data warehousing, data modelling and data integration.
- Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Working with senior business stakeholders and communicating technical concepts clearly.
Resourcing, workforce planning, HR or professional services data would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
You’ll be comfortable getting into the technical detail while also stepping back to understand the bigger business problem. We’re looking for someone who can challenge, advise and influence stakeholders, rather than simply take reporting requirements and build to specification.
This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity approved through August 2027, with a start date as soon as possible.
