The Role
Looking for an opportunity where you can build and shape an organisation's Business Intelligence capability rather than simply maintain reports? Our client is a rapidly growing and innovative business looking for a commercially focused Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision making across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations, you will take ownership of the BI roadmap, transforming complex business data into meaningful commercial insight through intuitive, enterprise-quality reporting solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Concessions and Senior Leadership, you'll help define the company's future data strategy while creating a trusted single source of business intelligence.
This is far more than a traditional reporting role. You'll combine technical expertise with commercial thinking to identify opportunities, solve business challenges and empower users through scalable self-service reporting using Microsoft Power BI and Azure technologies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
