An established Asset Management firm is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its growing data and reporting function on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering business-critical reporting and insights while working closely with Finance, Technology and front-office stakeholders.
Salary: £50,000
Location: Chester (2 days per week in the office)
The Role
- You'll develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, extract and analyse data using SQL, and deliver meaningful management information that supports business performance and strategic decision-making.
- You'll also contribute to the implementation of a new finance system, improve reporting processes, promote strong data governance, and help drive continuous improvements across the reporting function.

Key Skills

- Strong SQL and Power BI skills, including DAX and Power Query.
- Experience building dashboards, reporting suites and management information.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data modelling, reporting automation and data governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Snowflake and/or SAP is advantageous.
