Salary: $102,657 - $116,592 (Plus 12.5% Super)

Location: Hybrid

Section: Decision Support Unit

The Business Intelligence and Analytics Team is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex health data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and improve organisational performance across Canberra Health Services.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, you will examine and interpret data, deliver reliable analytical products, and contribute to the continuous improvement of health data and reporting capabilities. You will build strong working relationships to support coordinated outcomes while contributing to a team culture that values inclusion, respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality services to the community.

We're looking for a strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You will bring demonstrated analytical capability and experience using modern data science tools such as SQL, Python, or R. You will also have the ability to identify and implement innovative methods, generate fresh ideas, and contribute to an environment that embraces innovation, adaptability, and evidence-based practice within the Business Intelligence Unit.
