In the UK, we have a key focus in the Nuclear sector, contributing to ground breaking projects, such as Hinkley Point C (HPC).
The Position: Business Intelligence Analyst
We are seeking a Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Documents, Records & Completions team on the Hinkley Point C project. This role will act as the central reporting specialist for the function, developing meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the business. You will be responsible for creating robust reporting solutions, delivering high-quality management information, and establishing a trusted single source of truth for key performance data.
Some of the main responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Analyst will include:
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear and actionable business insights.
- Produce regular management information and performance reports for operational and senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor business performance and support strategic objectives.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Improve data quality, governance and reporting consistency across the Documents, Records & Completions function.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions.
- Provide expert advice and support on reporting best practice, data visualisation and performance measurement.

Preferred Profile:
Alongside a commitment to our values of Care & Compassion, Performance, Team Spirit, and Inclusiveness, we are looking for individuals who can bring the following:
- Demonstrable experience developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong experience creating KPI frameworks, performance reporting and management information packs.
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
- Experience implementing reporting automation and improving reporting efficiency.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, governance and reporting controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within major infrastructure, engineering, construction or capital project environments is desirable.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry, such as nuclear, energy, defence or pharmaceuticals, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Document Control, Records Management, Quality Assurance or Completions processes would be beneficial.

Many of our UK projects require high-level security clearance, meaning we can often only consider candidates with an existing, indefinite right to work in the UK. Exceptionally, we may consider visa sponsorship for applicants with niche experience aligned to our core work (e.g. EPR/nuclear new build).
