The Role
As a BI Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business challenges and data-driven solutions, helping stakeholders make smarter decisions through analysis, reporting, and strategic insight.

Responsibilities include:
- Translating business questions into structured analytical projects and actionable recommendations
- Building and maintaining high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions
- Creating self-service analytics tools that empower stakeholders to access insights independently
- Partnering with teams across Product, Growth, Commercial, and Operations
- Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed data analysis
- Communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Supporting experimentation, customer insight projects, and broader strategic initiatives
- Contributing to the development of data best practices and analytics capabilities across the business
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in data analytics
- Advanced SQL skills and excellent analytical problem-solving capability
- Strong business intelligence experience, ideally with tools such as Omni, Looker, or similar platforms
- Experience building dashboards from stakeholder discovery through to implementation and optimisation
- Ability to turn complex data into clear stories and recommendations
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Exposure to Python, dbt, or analytics engineering would be beneficial
- Experience within online gaming, betting, entertainment, or consumer digital businesses is advantageous
