Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Daventry (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £40,000–£50,000
We're recruiting for a growing business seeking a commercially minded Business Intelligence Analyst to support its Sales and Commercial teams through data analysis, CRM management, and business reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce experience who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support sales and commercial decision-making.
- Analyse sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and key business KPIs.
- Produce actionable insights to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Support sales, marketing, and leadership teams with reporting and data analysis.
- Improve reporting processes, automation, and CRM best practices.
- Provide Salesforce support, training, and guidance to users.

About You
- Experience in a Business Intelligence, Commercial Analyst, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst role.
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including reporting and dashboards.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Commercially aware with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicating insights to stakeholders across the business.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools would be advantageous.
