Purpose of the job
We are seeking a BI Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights - someone to join our global team and help shape our internal analytics, sales and client engagement initiatives with a large internal stakeholder group.
You'll have a passion for delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and financial outcomes, and will be pivotal in delivering reporting insights and solutions that drive performance for HH Global. The focus will be client engagement initiatives and supporting growth goals for HH Global. You will work closely with stakeholders around the globe to shape briefs, influence decisions, and create impactful dashboards and reports that add measurable value.
Commercially minded and confident with understanding and translating project requirements from all levels of the business, you'll be able to navigate complex business processes, systems, and datasets to ultimately deliver rich insights that help answer key business questions.

The role operates on a blended / hybrid basis from our Wakefield office.
This is a permanent role and so the ability to work permanently without current or future need for visa support or sponsorship is essential - PSW / Graduate visas are not acceptable.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards, and data visualizations that advance strategic objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions, shape requirements, ensure alignment with business goals, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Thoroughly document processes and ensure adherence to established standards
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation in workflows
- Lead effective scoping, design, execution, validation, and timely delivery of new initiatives
- Take ownership and global accountability for critical datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance protocols
- Demonstrate the ability to recognize and address challenges in both new and existing data processes, as well as respond to intelligence queries and resolve non-technical business issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing expertise and insights with colleagues to enhance collective understanding and foster confidence within the department
- Maintain advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools in the Microsoft Fabric suite and demonstrate adaptability to new technologies as required
- Mentor and support team analysts, collaborate with management, and oversee cross-departmental projects

Knowledge, skills & experience
- Advanced MS Fabric / Power BI and Excel skills (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling)
- Ability to tackle complex challenges, ask the right questions, and deliver actionable insights
- Excellent analytics skills and interpretation / understanding of data and reporting
- Experience in client engagement, procurement, or commercial analytics preferred
- Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and influence conversations
- Exceptional accuracy in documentation and adherence to processes
- Experience in leading client reporting solutions
- Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements to existing projects
- Experience of working closely with teams to deliver project outputs on time
- Excellent communicator at all business levels - stakeholder engagement skills are critical
