Business Intelligence Developer | North Lanarkshire

Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) | Flexible Hours | Circa £50,000

Join a globally recognised, award-winning organisation investing heavily in its data and analytics capabilities.

As part of a major transformation programme, you'll play a key role in migrating a legacy SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS environment to Microsoft Fabric, helping shape the future of reporting and analytics across the business.

We're looking for a BI Developer with strong Power BI expertise who can transform complex data into meaningful insights and deliver high-performing reporting solutions that support business decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Create and optimise DAX measures and calculations.
  • Build Power Query (M) transformations and data pipelines.
  • Design scalable data models and semantic layers.
  • Improve report, dataset and refresh performance.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
  • Support data governance, quality and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to the ongoing Microsoft Fabric migration programme.
