In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our data platform, supporting key business processes and ensuring our reporting is accurate, reliable and aligned to governance standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to develop and maintain reports, validate requirements and ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs. You’ll play an important role in supporting the ongoing development of our BI, data and insights capability.

Working across data, reporting and analytics teams, you’ll contribute to improving how data is structured, accessed and used to support decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the integrity and governance of the data platform to deliver trusted reporting and insights solutions.
  • Reviewing and validating reporting requirements, identifying risks, gaps and impacts on existing data models.
  • Designing and developing BI solutions using strong data modelling and platform knowledge.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, including report design specifications and testing templates.
  • Supporting the delivery of reporting solutions across key business cycles such as forecasting, budgeting and year-end processes.
  • Managing the development and deployment of BI content through the full lifecycle.
  • Ensuring all delivered solutions align with governance principles and service delivery standards.
  • Contributing to improvements in process efficiency, system performance and overall BI quality.
  • Supporting and engaging stakeholders to encourage adoption of BI tools and data-led decision-making.
  • Maintaining clear documentation and sharing knowledge across the team.
  • Providing end-to-end support for BI applications, ensuring system availability and service levels are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
