At Cunninghame Housing Association, we believe outstanding services are built on informed decisions, continuous improvement and a strong commitment to delivering positive outcomes for our customers and communities. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Intelligence & Improvement Lead to help us turn data into meaningful insight and drive improvement across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your expertise will influence strategic decision-making, support service transformation and help shape the future of our business.

Why This Role Matters

This is a key role in supporting Cunninghame Housing Association to make evidence-based decisions, improve services and strengthen performance across the organisation. The Role

Reporting to the Governance and Assurance Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of business intelligence, performance reporting and improvement activity across the organisation. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to provide insight that supports service transformation and helps us plan, monitor and deliver services more effectively.

  • Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators and performance frameworks.
  • Provide clear and accessible reports to managers, senior leaders and governance forums.
  • Lead and support improvement projects, process reviews and service transformation activity.
  • Promote effective use of data, systems and insight to support informed decision making.
  • Work with colleagues to strengthen data quality, performance accountability and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
