Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes, supporting our customer Waitrose. As a BI Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, transforming complex data into actionable insights and developing scalable reporting and automation solutions that improve operational performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.
This is a full-time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to gather, challenge and refine business requirements
- Create and maintain automated data processes and decision-support tools
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure solutions remain relevant, user-friendly, and aligned to business requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Strong data engineering, preparation, and modelling skills across multiple data sources
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvement, automation, and AI-driven solutions
