Salary: HC08 £36,363 - £40,778 per annum
Location: Plough Lane, Hereford based. Flexible

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Business Intelligence & Performance Team in Education & Commissioning, part of the Children and Young People’s Directorate.
Working closely with schools and academies across Herefordshire, you will play an important role in the collection, auditing, analysis, and presentation of data linked to a range of statutory education returns. You will help ensure that data quality is maintained to a consistently high standard and that information provided is accurate, timely, and robust. You will also provide a vital support and guidance role to schools, academies, and other education providers across the county.

About You
You will be someone who:
- Brings a positive, enthusiastic approach to their work.
- Has strong attention to detail and an interest in data analysis.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills and is comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, including education providers across all phases.
- Is keen to learn, develop, and contribute as part of a small, collaborative team.
