BI ANALYST – LOOKER TRAINING SPECIALIST
Up to £600 P/D - Inside IR35
Bristol-Based Role – Hybrid Working 2 Days in the Office
Initial 4 Month Contract Until the End of the Year + Scope to Extend Beyond
About the Role
Lead the development of enterprise training & accreditation for Good Looker and Looker Gemini (GenBI) and Looker Gemini (GenBI)
About the Client
We’re recruiting for a BI Analyst / Training Specialist to join a major organisation as they scale their use of Google Looker and Looker Gemini (GenBI). You’ll play a key role in building the learning, training and accreditation capability that enables teams across the business to confidently adopt and use GenBI without relying on a central team.
The BI Analyst / Training Specialist Role:
- You’ll be responsible for designing and scaling the organisation’s Looker and Looker Gemini learning capability.
- This will include developing role-based learning pathways, self-service resources, virtual training, hands-on labs and sandbox environments.
- You’ll also help establish a formal accreditation model, introduce train-the-trainer approaches and support individual business areas in developing their own skilled GenBI practitioners.

BI Analyst / Training Specialist Essential Skills:
- Experience delivering enterprise learning, training or capability programmes
- Experience within data, BI or digital transformation
- Experience designing role-based learning pathways
- Experience developing accreditation or certification frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across L&D, technology and business teams
- Experience enabling self-service learning and adoption
- Knowledge of Google Looker and BigQuery would be advantageous
- Exposure to GenAI or AI literacy programmes would be beneficial
