£450/day Inside IR35 | Fully Remote | 6 Months Initial | Potential 18+ Month Programme
We're looking for an experienced BI Transformation Lead to join a large-scale reporting transformation programme, initially for six months with significant scope for extension.
This is a hands-on transformation role focused on reviewing, redesigning and modernising an existing reporting estate. You'll help establish a more scalable BI framework, rationalise legacy reporting and create trusted, consolidated data foundations while maximising the existing Power BI capability.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Lead the review and transformation of a complex reporting estate.
- Rationalise existing reports, removing duplication and improving reporting effectiveness.
- Design consolidated datasets and reporting models to establish a single source of truth.
- Build and improve reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Query and Excel.
- Improve reporting governance, KPI definitions, data quality and controls.
- Lead requirements gathering and workshops with senior operational and technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to the existing BI team.

You'll need strong experience delivering BI/reporting transformation programmes, expert Power BI and Power Query capability, strong data modelling/reporting architecture knowledge and the ability to lead stakeholders through complex change.
Contract: 6 months initial, with potential to form part of an 18+ month programme
Rate: £450/day Inside IR35
