BJF Group is looking for a proactive and analytical Business Intelligence Specialist to transform operational data into meaningful business insight that improves performance, compliance, commercial outcomes, and client satisfaction.

Working closely with Operational Teams, IT, and Senior Leaders, you'll develop powerful dashboards, analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide the intelligence that drives better decision-making across our contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
  • Analyse operational, compliance, and commercial performance data.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, statutory compliance, and contract performance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support asset management, lifecycle planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Produce client reporting packs and executive summaries.
  • Improve data quality and maximise the value of CAFM systems.
  • Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Experienced in data analysis, reporting, and performance management.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Strong understanding of operational performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Experience working with CAFM systems and asset data.
  • Commercially aware with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate complex data clearly to both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
  • SQL knowledge desirable.
