Business Intelligence Team Manager
London (Hybrid)
I'm partnering with a highly respected international professional services organisation that is investing heavily in its data and analytics capability.
This is an opportunity to lead an established Business Intelligence function, manage a team of BI specialists, and play a key role in shaping the future of reporting, analytics and data strategy across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Intelligence professionals
- Own and evolve the organisation's reporting and analytics capability
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Drive the adoption of Power BI and modern analytics technologies across the business
- Establish and promote BI best practices, governance and reporting standards
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports and data-driven solutions
- Support ongoing data transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements:
- Proven experience leading BI, reporting or analytics teams
- Strong Power BI expertise, including data modelling and dashboard development
- Experience delivering enterprise reporting solutions in complex environments
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud-based analytics platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Professional services, legal, consulting, accountancy or similar industry experience would be highly advantageous
